We only deliver with DHL Go Green. All prices include the VAT applicable in Germany and plus shipping costs. Tax-free intra-community delivery to commercial customers is not currently offered.
Payment methods
Amazon Pay
- No additional fees
- You need your Amazon account login details for this
- After you have logged in with your Amazon login details, you can conveniently pay with the payment details stored in your Amazon account. In addition, you can use the address data you have already created to send it to us.
Klarna invoice
- With Klarna, only for customers from Germany, only for private customers – not for companies
- No additional fees
- Your order will be ready for dispatch immediately after you place your order.
- You conveniently pay the invoice after receiving the goods.
- You simply transfer the invoice amount to the bank details of our partner Klarna.
- The account details will be shown on the invoice.
- You will receive the invoice from Klarna by email.
- Purchases on account are processed entirely by Klarna.

Credit card
- No additional fees
- We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Enter your credit card details during the ordering process. These are recorded and stored by our service provider Elavon Financial Services Limited and only passed on to the credit card companies directly involved in the payment process.
- We do not store your credit card details as a matter of principle.
- Your credit card account will be charged when the order is completed.
PayPal
- No additional fees
- Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again with every online purchase - this makes PayPal payments extra secure. You can also pay easily with two clicks.

Klarna Sofort
- No additional fees
- You need your online banking access data, which you must enter on the SOFORT transfer website.
- Not suitable for Sparkasse customers. As a Sparkasse customer, please use Giropay.
- We will receive a confirmation immediately when your transfer has been carried out. If the goods are immediately available at the time of your order, we can execute your order immediately.
