If you are not satisfied with something, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you. Returns
You don't like the product you ordered and would like to return it? No problem! As an end customer, you have the right to return the product in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. the statutory right of cancellation, the option to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Please write an email to onlinesupport@ritzenhoff.de and ask for a return label if necessary. You can then send the goods back to us free of charge within Germany. Please note that Ritzenhoff does not accept postage due or cash on delivery returns and does not cover the costs of shipping or returns outside of Germany. Please enclose the completed return slip with the return shipment. Vouchers of any kind cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
If you have chosen "purchase on account (via Klarna)" as your payment method, please also contact Klarna when returning an item to extend the payment deadline. At My Klarna you can conveniently log in and extend the due date by 10 days. There you can also see whether your return has already been registered and your invoice updated. If the return has not been registered by the new due date, contact Klarna customer service by phone at +49 (0) 911 477 577 10 or +49 (0) 221 669 951 15.
Complaint
An item does not meet your expectations or has been damaged during transport? No problem. Please contact our customer service at onlinesupport@ritzenhoff.de. We are happy to help you. Please send us a photo of the reason for the complaint. Customer service will then contact you regarding further action.
If you have chosen "purchase on account (via Klarna)" as your payment method, please contact Klarna in the event of a complaint to extend the payment deadline. Otherwise, you may receive a reminder from Klarna. At My Klarna you can easily log in and extend the due date by 10 days. There you can also see whether your complaint or return has already been entered and your invoice updated. If the complaint or return has not been registered by the new due date, contact Klarna customer service by phone at +49 (0) 911 477 577 10 or +49 (0) 221 669 951 15.
