§ 1 Scope and provider
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop of the

(hereinafter "Ritzenhoff").
Consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
§ 2.1 Our products are sold for private use only.
§ 2.2 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided for this purpose in the ordering process. By clicking on the "Buy now!" button you are making a binding offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your binding order will be sent together with acceptance of the order immediately after sending by automated email. This email confirmation creates a non-binding purchase contract.
§ 3 Prices
The prices listed on the respective product pages at the time of ordering apply. The prices stated are final prices, i.e. they include the applicable VAT and other price components and are exclusive of VAT.
§ 4 Shipping costs
§ 4.1 For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 3.95 per order. For orders over EUR 40, shipping is free within Germany.
§ 4.2 No further taxes or costs are incurred within Germany.
§ 4.3 Shipping costs abroad can be found in the international shipping costs table.
§ 5 Delivery conditions and self-supply reservation
§ 5.1 Delivery is made by DHL.
§ 5.2 The delivery time is 3-5 days, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
§ 5.3 If the delivery of the goods fails due to your fault despite three delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded to you immediately.
§ 5.4 If the ordered product is not available because we are not supplied with this product by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not want a comparable product to be delivered, we will immediately reimburse you for any consideration already provided.
§ 6 Terms of payment & Klarna purchase on account
§ 6.1 Payment can be made by invoice (only for customers from Germany), credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or Giropay. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for each order and to refer to other payment methods.
§ 6.2 In the case of a purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the order is completed.
§ 6.3 Payment by invoice and financing: In cooperation with Klarna, we offer you purchase on account and installment purchase as payment options. Please note that Klarna invoice and Klarna installment purchase are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case. Furthermore, Ritzenhoff is not responsible for payment processing via Klarna and the contractual relationship with Ritzenhoff is not affected by this.
Klarna invoice: When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. The complete terms and conditions for purchasing on account can be found here. The online shop does not charge a fee for invoice purchases with Klarna.
Klarna installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95). § 7 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. Before the transfer of ownership, pledging, transferring as security, processing or alteration is not permitted without our consent.
§ 8 Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 9 Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear Declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return policy for customers from Germany
For our customers who have placed their order from Germany, we will bear the cost of returning the goods if the return label provided by us is used. If the return label is not used to return the goods, the direct costs for this return must be borne by the customer themselves.
Return policy for customers who did not order from Germany
Customers who did not place their order from Germany must bear the direct costs of returning the goods themselves. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

§ 10 Transport damage
§ 10.1 If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer immediately and contact us as soon as possible.
§ 10.2 Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or the transport insurance company.
§ 11 Voucher conditions
§ 11.1 The vouchers are valid until the specified period and can only be redeemed once as part of an order process.
§ 11.2 The credit on a voucher cannot be transferred to third parties.
§ 11.3 The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount on the voucher. For administrative reasons, it is not possible to refund any remaining credit.
§ 11.4 The credit on a voucher does not accrue interest or be paid out in cash.
§ 11.5 Multiple vouchers cannot be combined with one another.
§11.6 If the balance of a voucher is insufficient for the order, the difference can be made up using the payment options offered.
§ 11.7 The voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part, provided that the voucher was issued as part of the promotion and no consideration was provided for it.
§ 12 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply to the items offered in our shop.
§ 13 Final provisions
If a provision of these General Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid. The relevant statutory provisions apply in place of the invalid provision.

How does the shopping cart system work?
You can reserve products without obligation by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Shopping cart" button and remove products from the shopping cart if necessary by clicking on the "Delete" button. If you want to buy the products in your shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button.
Do I have to register?
After selecting the products, you will be asked to enter your details. The mandatory details are marked with an *. You can optionally open a customer account and place future orders after entering your user name and password without having to enter your address details again.
When does my order become binding?
On the order page, you can check your entries again. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you complete the order process. The process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser window. You will receive further information on the individual pages, e.g. B. on correction options.
Is the contract text saved?
We save the contract text. The order data and the general terms and conditions are sent to you by email. You can also view your past orders in our customer login area after completing customer registration. You can view, print and save the general terms and conditions here.
