Carl van Ommen
Designer from Hamburg
The Hamburg based designer with Scandinavian and Dutch roots studied illustration and communication design. He worked as a freelance illustrator, designer and creative director before establishing his own agency in 2007 with a focus on logo and corporate design development. His works captivate with their clear design and inspire with an element of surprise. They only pursue one goal: to convey the messages of companies, associations, social and cultural institutions convincingly and successfully. <br> In 1997, Carl van Ommen designed the award-winning logo for the international art exhibition “documenta 10”. His work has gained international recognition and has received the iF communication design award, the Art Directors Club Award and the German Prize for Communication Design, among others.
